Marvolo Gaunt’s Ring, we know, is a little bit more than just a horcrux…

Hi my name is Rodney and today we’re going to be looking a little bit closer at Marvolo Gaunt’s Ring…

now for those that have only seen the films or like me just forgot the intricacies of this complicated plot…

I’m going to be going into the reasons why this is a little bit more than just voldemort’s horcrux…

so if you’re not looking to get any spoilers then I suggest stop reading now…

Of the horcruxes that are available to purchase from Noble Collection…

the ring would probably price around the mid price range, because the way that it go would be…

the diary, the locket, the ring, the Hufflepuff cup and then the Ravenclaw diadem…

now there are things that you can get to represent Harry and Nagini bu that’s beyond the scope of this post, because this is about the Marvolo Gaunt Ring…

so to start, it comes in a lovely wooden display box, it features a mirror on the back

and two prongs to secure the ring for display

the ring itself is made out of metal and mixed materials, but it is gold plated

I assume that the stone itself, is most likely made out of resin

and as per the story, not engraved with the Peverell coat of arms but actually the symbol for the Deathly Hallows, for this is also the Resurrection Stone…

it is not cracked down the centre to represent Dumbledore’s involvement but I think that may have been a bit impossible to replicate…

so to recap, as a keen collector of Harry Potter merchandise, I would say that this is an item worth collecting…

it was one of my goals to collect all the like “real” items

that represent the horcruxes from Noble Collection and I’m pleased to say that I’ve done that
