Pumpkin Pasties are a delicious wizarding treat. I’ve made these vegan, so most people can enjoy them – however feel free to adapt the recipe according to your requirements.

Recipe:

  • 1 x 425g can of natural pumpkin
  • 170g of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 320g Coconut Condensed Milk (I misspoke in the video)
  • 2 x tablespoons of cornflour Pre-made Short crust Pastry
