Pumpkin Pasties are a delicious wizarding treat. I’ve made these vegan, so most people can enjoy them – however feel free to adapt the recipe according to your requirements.
Recipe:
- 1 x 425g can of natural pumpkin
- 170g of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 320g Coconut Condensed Milk (I misspoke in the video)
- 2 x tablespoons of cornflour Pre-made Short crust Pastry
